Two Small Farms

Hi Everyone! It is my great pleasure to be a part of the Two Small Farms CSA! And, I’ve come a long way to be here. This ‘city girl’ moved to Santa Cruz County from Vancouver, Canada over 20 years ago, and worked for various organizations small and large, private and non-profit. I have been a TSF CSA subscriber and always enjoyed the wonderful fresh organic produce. When I decided to make a career change and began considering what work I wanted to do next, I knew I wanted to be involved in something that was healthy for the environment and for the local community. In fact, being a CSA administrator was the example I gave to friends of the type of job I wanted to have! So, when the announcement came out in the December newsletter, I jumped on the opportunity. Fortunately, Julia and Jeanne decided that I was worth a try! Of course, I have Zelda’s big shoes to try to fill! (Luckily, Zelda is still working with us at High Ground Organics farm.) I look forward to working with everyone here at Two Small Farms and with all of you, and to the start of the 2008 CSA season!
